Rick Wynkoop

Prior to opening the firm, Rick worked in the automotive field in both retail and wholesale. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He has tried more than 30 jury trials and is dedicated to representing consumers.

Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas is a graduate of Gonzaga University and University of Denver Law School. Prior to law school Ms. Thomas was a co-founder of a small business. Ms. Thomas has several years of experience representing individuals and small businesses in various civil matters and proceedings in district and county court. Her primary focus is on consumer law, debtor/creditor matters, bankruptcy, business transactions, and corporate organization.
